Who We Are

 In 2011, the Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District assumed solid waste powers from the County of San Bernardino.  The District administers solid waste and recycling programs and contracts customer services with CR&R.  Each year, the District holds a number of annual and bi-annual recycling events including community cleanups, tire days, and school programs.

**Attention - All District Residents**

Application forms and information on sorting your solid waste will be sent out to all District residents starting in July.  All residents must return an application either indicating they want to self-haul or to continue or start service with CR&R.  Click Here to go to the application page.
