The District has installed a Community Water Fill Station that is available 24 hours a day. This station is located south of Cayucos Road on Sheep Creek Road in Phelan, and has both an overhead water fill as well as a hose fill. Customers may purchase water at the station using cash or card, or may also visit the District office to set up an account.
