The District respects the San Bernardino County "Dark Sky" ordinance and encourages residents to do the same.
Of the streetlights that exist in the District, the majority of them service the business district of Phelan. Any additional streetlights are placed at strategic intersections to help in provided safety to the community. The District considers expansion of street lighting to other intersections based upon a safety need. To request that a streetlight be installed in a specific location, please contact us.

Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
