District Formation and Authorizing Statute
The District was officially formed and authorized to provide services on March 18, 2008, after a vote was held on February 5, 2008 to dissolve CSA 9, CSA 56 Improvement Zone F-1, and CSA 70L and P-4 and form a locally controlled Community Services District pursuant to Government Code Section 61000 et seq., Community Services District Law, and other applicable laws. The community overwhelmingly voted for the Community Services District formation by an 80% majority.
