The Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District is gathering feedback from residents throughout Phelan and Piñon Hills as part of the community outreach process for the future of Phelan Community Park.
Community input will help the District better understand local priorities for recreation, park amenities, safety, accessibility, landscaping, and other features residents would like to see considered as planning continues.

We encourage residents throughout Phelan and Pinon Hills to participate. Input from youth, families, seniors, sports participants, park users, and other community members will help inform the ongoing community planning process.
