The Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District will be hosting a series of community outreach events where residents can learn more about plans for Phelan Community Park, meet with the project team, view project information, and share ideas about the future of the park.
Your input will help us better understand what recreational opportunities, amenities, safety features, landscaping, and other improvements are most important to our community.
