Greg is a lifelong resident of California and has over 30 years of municipal service and credentials in water, sewer, storm drain, streets, grounds, fleet maintenance, and parks operations. Greg attended U.C. San Diego, Mt. San Antonio College, San Bernardino Valley College, and Citrus College where he gained technical knowledge and managerial experience. Greg's job experience includes: water and sewer maintenance worker, water district operations manager, utilities systems water operations manager and Director of Public Works. This experience provides Greg with first-hand knowledge and experience related to running a community services district. 

Greg has lived in Phelan for over 20 years and has raised his family here. Greg is dedicated to his wife Melissa, his children, and grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with them camping, boating and off-roading. As a longtime community resident, Greg is keenly aware of the community's need for locally controlled services and the region's unique hydrogeologic conditions and demographics that make providing services a challenge.
