The District administers solid waste & recycling programs in accordance with applicable law. Rates and fees are set by the hauler and adopted by the Board in accordance with Proposition 218.
Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District
