Chuck has been a resident of the community for over 35 years, residing in Pinon Hills. Chuck and his wife raised five children in the community. Utilizing his 30+ years of experience managing special districts in the Inland Empire, including water, parks and recreation, roads, and utilities, Chuck is interested in helping the Board set policies and make decisions that will enhance the quality of life for all residents within its boundaries.
Chuck has negotiated several large, multi-agency contracts for water service and recycled water service to the benefit of ratepayers. He has developed parks, trails, and recreation master plans, and has managed the construction of several new parks and the rehabilitation of several existing parks. Chuck served on the Inland Empire Utilities Agency Technical Committee for over 10 years, served as an appropriative pool member of the Chino Basin Water Master, and secured several million dollars of State funding for water and parks projects for the agencies he managed.
