NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the General Manager of the Phelan Piñon Hills Community Services District (“District”) has filed with the District’s Board of Directors a report describing each affected parcel of real property and the amount of unpaid charges and delinquencies for each affected parcel. The District’s Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to hear and consider any objections or protests to the report and to consider adoption of a resolution providing for the collection of such delinquent and unpaid charges on the tax roll in the same manner as property taxes.

The public hearing will be held at a meeting of the District’s Board of Directors scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The District will hold the meeting both in person at the Phelan Community Center, 4128 Warbler Road, Phelan, California, and via teleconference or video conference through the remote participation instructions available on the District’s website. Members of the public are encouraged to visit the District’s website at www.pphcsd.org or call the District office at (760) 868-1212 for meeting access information and updates regarding the manner in which the hearing will be conducted.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and submit oral and/or written comments, objections, or protests regarding the report. Written comments, objections, or protests may also be submitted to the District Clerk by email at joakes@pphcsd.org or by mail to P.O. Box 294049, Phelan, California 92329. All oral and written comments, objections, and protests received by the Board and/or District Clerk prior to the close of the public hearing will be considered and included in the record.

For additional public participation and clarification, the Board will also accept public comment regarding this matter at its July 22, 2026, Board meeting. The July 22 meeting is not the public hearing noticed herein. The public hearing will be held on July 29, 2026, as stated above.
