I have spent 35+ years managing beginning in Restaurants and then crossing over to Hospital Food Service and Housekeeping operations.  The last 15 years I had my own consulting business assisting healthcare organizations to improve their financial situation through non-labor and or labor assistance.  I provide assessments and then follow through with step-by-step instruction through implementation of mutually agreed initiatives along with interim management services for all support services (food service, housekeeping, facilities/maintenance, security, product evaluation and bio-med). 

I write and negotiate contracts.  I have an overall understanding of general operations of business.  I have a strong background in financial analysis. 

I have lived in our area for 27 years and have been very involved in our community by participating in property owner organizations, road, water and other community organizations.  I also served on the Snowline School Board.
