**ALL CUSTOMERS WEST OF SHEEP CREEK ROAD ARE STILL UNDER A BOIL WATER ORDER. PLEASE VISIT OUR BOIL NOTICE PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.**

3:15 PM: Water service has been restored to all customers. If you are still experiencing an outage, please call 760-868-1212 for assistance. The boil water order remains in effect for all customers west of Sheep Creek Road until further notice.

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM: A Care and Reception Center is open at the Phelan Community Center, 4128 Warbler Road, Phelan. The following San Bernardino County departments are offering support to residents impacted by the recent storm: Office of Emergency Services, Environmental Health Services, Department of Aging and Adult Services, Department of Behavioral Health, Department of Public Health, Animal Care, and Friday Night Live Youth Program.

8:15 AM: Repair work is still ongoing along La Mesa Road near Colorado Road. Water service is expected to be restored for all customers within 24 to 48 hours.

DECEMBER 28, 2025

7:15 PM: Water service has been restored on La Mesa Road between Pine Tree Road and Rosado Road.

2:25 PM: Water service has been restored on Colorado Road between La Mesa Road and Olivera Road.

11:00 AM: Water service has been restored along La Mesa Road east to Colorado Road. Service has also been restored on Cortez Road, Gitano Road, Olivera Road, Silver Rock Road, and Evergreen Road.

Water outages remain along La Mesa Road between Pine Tree Road and Colorado Road, and on Colorado Road between La Mesa Road and Olivera Road.

Repair crews are actively working to replace approximately 300 feet of water mainline that was washed away on Colorado Road, north of La Mesa Road, as well as three additional washed-out sections of waterline along La Mesa Road. Work will continue until service is fully restored.
